Founder’s Note
I’m Sandra, the founder of Luna Collective — an experienced Pilates teacher, strength coach and qualified assessor with a background in mentoring new instructors and supporting clients with a wide range of goals. I work with individuals both locally here in Cumbria and internationally through online training. My approach is rooted in clear instruction, high teaching standards, and a genuine commitment to helping others build confidence and autonomy in their practice.
